At Furnichrr, we build furniture to a high standard and stand behind our work. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
1. Standard (In-Stock) Purchases
If you purchase a piece from our showroom floor and are not satisfied with it, please raise the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer:
- A repair at no cost
- A replacement with a piece of equal value
- A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or significant misrepresentation of the product. Colour variations and natural wood grain patterns are inherent properties of premium wood and are not grounds for return. For MDF and engineered wood products, while finishes are more consistent, slight batch variations in colour or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces
Before production begins, you may cancel a custom order and receive a full refund of your advance payment. Once our karigars have started work, the advance is retained to cover materials and labour.
If a completed custom piece has a manufacturing defect — a structural fault, a finish problem, or an error in the agreed specifications — we will repair or remake it at no additional cost.
3. Warranty Claims
We provide warranty on select products only. You must verify before purchase. All covered Furnichrr furniture carries a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim:

- Describe the issue and, if possible, share a photograph via WhatsApp
- Our team will assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after delivery.
4. Delivery Damage
If your furniture arrives damaged, report it at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of delivery. Do not accept a piece with visible structural damage — note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7—14 working days via the original payment method (cash, UPI, or bank transfer, as applicable).
