By accessing or using the Furnichrr website (furnichrr.com), visiting our showroom, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. About Furnichrr
Furnichrr is a furniture retailer located at Near Patel High School Road, Maheshkhunt, Khagaria, Bihar — 851213. We sell and manufacture furniture made of wood, MDF, and engineered wood for homes in Khagaria and surrounding areas.
3. Products and Pricing
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (?) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order placement.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as agreed at the time of purchase.
- All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment (minimum 50% for custom orders).
4. Order Cancellation by Furnichrr
Furnichrr reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- High demand or stock unavailability at the time of fulfilment
- Operational, logistical, or supply chain constraints
- Errors in product description, pricing, or availability listed on the website
- Inability to deliver to your location
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity
In the event your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly and any payment made will be refunded in full within 7—10 business days. Furnichrr shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from such cancellations.
5. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@furnichrr.com or via WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
For custom or made-to-order furniture, cancellations are not permitted once production has commenced, as these items are manufactured specifically to your requirements and advance payments are non-refundable.
6. Custom Orders
- Custom and made-to-order pieces require a minimum 50% advance payment before production begins.
- Lead times for custom pieces are estimates. We will communicate any delays as soon as they are known.
- Minor variations in wood grain, colour, and texture are natural properties of premium wood. Such variations are common and not considered defects. For MDF and engineered wood products, finishes are more uniform but may still have slight batch variations.
7. Delivery
- Free delivery and in-home assembly is offered on orders above ?50,000 within Khagaria, Gogri, Alauli, Beldaur, Parbatta, Chautham, and Mansi.
- Delivery charges for other areas will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing lead times, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. Furnichrr is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
- You will be contacted to schedule delivery once your order is ready.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the piece.
8. Warranty
We provide warranty on select products only. You must verify before purchase. Covered items come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in build quality, joints, and finish. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
9. Returns and Refunds
We take great care in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order pieces unless the item is defective or does not match the agreed specification.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photographs — is the intellectual property of Furnichrr and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furnichrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khagaria, Bihar.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
