About the Wall-Mounted Mandir
The Wall-Mounted Mandir is designed for homes where floor space is limited but the desire for a dedicated sacred space is not. Mounted at eye level, it creates a focused point of worship without occupying floor space. The hand-carved arch above the idol shelf is a traditional detail that elevates this from a functional shelf to a genuine mandir.
Teak wood is used for its durability and natural beauty. The golden-brown teak grain deepens with age, making the mandir more beautiful over time. The carved arch is done by hand by our karigars in Khagaria โ each piece has slight variations that make it unique. The small drawer below is useful for storing prayer items, agarbatti, and matchboxes neatly out of sight when not in use.
